About Search Diligently

Search Diligently exists because most people are starved for an experience of the Lord while surrounded by information about Him. We have scholars, podcasts, manuals, and commentaries. What we don't have, often, is the confidence and the skill to open the scriptures ourselves, see clearly, and let the Lord teach us directly.

That's the gap we're trying to close.

The scriptures describe a three-step pattern for knowing God. First, receive the word — desire, humility, and a heart willing to be taught. Second, search diligently — study, compare, and learn to see, building the pattern recognition that lets you tell the Lord's voice from every other voice. Third, come to the knowledge of truth — through meditation, fasting, prayer, and pondering, truth becomes part of you and you experience the Lord Himself.

Our name points to the middle step, because that's where most people get stuck. But everything we do is oriented toward the end:

“This is life eternal, that they might know thee, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”— John 17:3

Knowing Him is not a reward reserved for the next life. It is the work of this one.

We offer free guides, courses, study tools, frameworks, maps, timelines, original papers, and practices for revelation. Everything is free. Most resources require no registration, because the point is contact with the Word, not friction in front of it. Courses are free to join because we want to build community around the work, not gate it.

We are not a replacement for the scriptures. We are not a scholarly site. We are not trying to build loyalty to Search Diligently. We are trying to produce people who don't need us — people who can open the scriptures, see clearly, hear the Spirit, and come to know the Lord themselves. If we do this well, the tools fall away, and what remains is the relationship they were always meant to serve.

“And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them.”— Jeremiah 31:34
