Our goal is to put away the fear and obscurity that can make Isaiah feel intimidating and, instead, bring it to life through open discussions. This project is about showing that anyone with any background can enjoy and gain insight from Isaiah’s words.

Class Moderators

Rachel-Faulkner

Rachel Faulkner

Rachel is native to Southern California, having an affinity for salty air and sand, she began a deeper dive of searching the scriptures around 2013. Trading in her beloved perpetual summer weather for fewer freeways and open land, she made the cold mountains of the Kamas Valley her home. She wrangles three children, a handful of horses and two dogs with the help of her husband and sweetheart of 20 years.

A decade of homeschooling has taught her how important it is to facilitate a place of learning, sharing and question asking. Her path continues to illuminate amidst the chaos, finding nothing more adventurous than seeking after truths and gathering in their light. Her current favorite study tools include The Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament and a fresh set of pens to color code!
